While having a great career, there is also no doubt that she is a top-level Dental Assistant.
Firstly, she shows deep concern for her patients. In a single moment, she is able to determine a
patient’s individual character and physical condition, and choose the best treatment for them
based on this information.
Mrs. Gardner is able to create a relaxing atmosphere for both the patient and the dentist, allowing
for a smooth transition into the treatment of the patient.
Concerning her dental assistance, she always has an understanding of the treatment that goes
along with the dentist’s plan, and while caring for the patient, she prepares the environment
appropriately for the treatment. She is a staff member who is able to provide assistance by
always looking ahead during the dental procedure. Through these skills, she is able to
